2. Nature of the Application

• Software Tool Only: Meitorrent is a peer-to-peer (P2P) file transfer application that supports torrent files and magnet links.
• No Content Provided: Meitorrent does not host, publish, distribute, provide, or index any content, media, files, or torrent catalogs.
• User-Controlled Activity: All transfers are initiated and controlled solely by users of the application.
• No Monitoring: MeiGamingOfficial does not monitor, inspect, or control the content transferred through the application.

3. Third-Party Software
